Description of Aluminum Profile

The Aluminum Profile is a lightweight alternative to Galvanized Wiggle Wire Lock Channel. It is specially designed for the fixing greenhouse covering materials. Its main body is an aluminum alloy profile with a U-shaped groove structure. Combined with wavy spring steel wire, it forms a locking mechanism. Through the lightness and corrosion resistance of aluminum, it optimizes the performance of traditional galvanized steel tracks and is suitable for greenhouses and agricultural facilities that are sensitive to weight or in high-humidity environments.

The material of Aluminum Profile has a low density and weighs only one-third of galvanized steel tracks, reducing the load on the greenhouse structures and the facilitating handling and installation. Aluminum is naturally antioxidant and can adapt to corrosive environments such as high humidity and saline-alkali areas without galvanization treatment. The extrusion process ensures accurate U-shaped groove dimensions and closely cooperates with spring steel wires to prevent loosening of covering materials.
